DO YOU HAVE A SPORTING BACKGROUND?

Sport has always been a big part in my life. I played handball in Alingsas HK for 12 years but as they say, all good things must come to an end sooner or later.

WHEN, HOW AND WHY DID YOU START TRAINING CROSSFIT?

I started to practice crossfit little over 4 years ago. It´s all thanks to my father in law, he was suddenly fitter than me and really amazed by the sport. It didn´t take long before I was hooked. 

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN CROSSFIT?

My biggest goal is to get to the Regionals and Games as an individual athlete. But first I’m going to Madrid with my team Vagnhallen CrossFit. 

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT TRAINING AND COMPETING?

The little time outside of the gym is all about my family and friends. 

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK LOOK LIKE?

5 days of training every week, up to 2 training sessions a day. 

WHAT IS YOUR MAIN CROSSFIT SUCCESS?

Definitely this year's Open and also a first prize in the Swedish Open Fitness Tour in 2016.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ROLE MODEL IN THE SPORT?

My coach Anders Fernette. 

WHY WILL YOU SUCCEED?

Because I have a desire and strive for success, combined with a fantastic team around me.

WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST VICE (THIS TIME, WEIGHT)?

160 kg clean and jerk, 120 kg snatch, 250 kg deadlift, 205 kg backsquat.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WOD?

Fran and King Kong.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT CLN ATHLETICS PRODUCTS?

Two words: design and quality. Without doubt the best I have ever trained in.

YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCTS FROM CLN ATHLETICS?

My CLN Ghost Hood and of course the Impact Shorts, I like the pockets and knowing that they’ll stay in place during WOD’s.
