Delicious meatballs entirely free of meat! Serve with mashed potatoes, cucumbers and lingonberry jam for a truly swedish meal.
•1 yellow onion •500 g of Champignon mushrooms •2 dl walnuts •3 tablespoons corn starch
•2 teaspoons dried parsley •2 teaspoons soy •1 teaspoon black pepper
- Mince onions and mushrooms and cook gently for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the walnuts in a food processor.
- Mix the nuts, with the fried onion and the mushroom. Then add remaining spices and corn starch
- Roll the batter into round balls and fry until golden brown in any frying fat.
