Delicious vegetarian meatballs


Delicious meatballs without any meat! Serve with, for example, mashed potatoes, pickled cucumber and lingonberry jam.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 yellow onion
– 500g mushrooms
– 2 cups walnuts
– 3 tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 tsp dried parsley
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp black pepper


Do this:

  1. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry gently for about 5 minutes.
  2. Blend the walnuts in a food processor.
  3. Mix the nuts with the fried onions and mushrooms. Then add the remaining spices and the cornstarch.
  4. Roll the batter into round balls and fry until golden brown in any frying fat.
