Why CLN Athletics?

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to the countries you are able to choose between. If you cannot find your country, please let us know by email: info@clnathletics.com or facebook.com/clnathletics. We might open it up just for you!

How do I pay for the products?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our partner DIBS. We also offer Klarna invoice for our Swedish customers.

What is the delivery time?

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible, often the day after it was ordered. Delivery time varies between 2-5 business days, depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Why can't I order the item I want?

If you cannot choose a certain size or item, that means it’s sold out. But give us a shout, and we will keep you updated when we have the product in stock again.

How do I find the fit I want?

Have a look at our size guide. You will find it on every product.

Where are you based?

The CLN Athletics office is based in Borås, Sweden.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Contact us at info@clnathletics.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

How do I return an item?

You can return products within 14 days. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition for a full refund, including labels etc. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging goods we pay for the freight back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are fast and we haven’t shipped it yet we might be able to help you.

How do I get the latest information from CLN Athletics?

Sign up to our newsletter and visit the website frequently. You can also follow us on instagram.com/clnathletics and on our facebook.com/clnathletics.

Do I get an order confirmation from you after i’ve placed an order?

Yes, when you are finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam file or contact us at info@clnathletics.com and we will look into it.

Are there any duties added?

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
