Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the measurement tape horizontal. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist. Keep the measurement tape horizontal. Hip/Seat: Measure around the fullest part of the hips/seat. Keep the measurement tape horizontal. Use the chart to find your size. If you are between sizes order the smaller one if you prefer a tighter fit or a larger if you like a looser fit.
