COOKIES

We’re using cookies by Electronic Communications Act, 25th of July 2003, at www.clnathletics.com. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, showing the information that helps our online store to identify and track users. Cookies are available as session cookies and cookies that are stored permanently on your computer.

As you enter our online shop for the first time, your browser will get a unique session cookie. We use it to make sure our visitors get an awesome shopping experience and relevant support. There is no personal information stored and cookies may be deleted whenever you’d like. We recommend you to accept cookies.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25 %. Value added tax should not be added to orders where delivery is made to a country not member of the EU. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. The customer shall pay such charges. CLN Athletics can unfortunately not inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Our partner DIBS will check that the card is valid and that the amount is available. DIBS meet the requirements of PCI DSS and 3D Secure. The order is complete when you receive an order number. In this connection you will also get an email confirmation. Your bank has now reserved the purchase amount on your card for purchases with us. We will not withdraw the reserved payment from your account until your order has shipped.

If you want to pay after receiving your goods you can use Klarna and get an invoice, which you pay directly to Klarna within 14 days of your purchase. The invoice will be sent to you with your order and needs to be paid within 14 days after receiving it. You need to be 18 years of age to use Klarna as a payment method. This method is only available in Sweden.

DELIVERY

All prices are listed excluding freight charges. The freight charge is announced when placing an order. 

The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Provide us with your mobile number and our courier, the Swedish postal service, may send you a notice of delivery if possible.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the reason for the delay. If the delay causes considerable inconvenience for you, you might be entitled to revoke the order. Please contact our customer service by e-mail in case of delay: info@clnathletics.com.

RETURN AND REFUND

If you wish to return something, please use the return note attached to your delivery. Our return period is 14 days and is being counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. You are obliged to pay for the return of the delivery.

CLN Athletics shall refund you what you have paid for the product within 14 days after receiving your return of delivery. CLN Athletics will pay to send replacement products and/or services.

Make sure to keep the product/products in good condition. If CLN Athletics were to discover that the product has been used more than to just clarify its qualities and functions, we have the right to demand compensation equivalent to the product's depreciation.

PRIVACY POLICY

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information being stored in accordance with CLN Athletics AB's privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as our customer. 

In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information CLN Athletics AB has registered about you. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed.
