We, here at CLN athletics, know there’s more to life than workouts and CrossFit. Life has its ups and downs. There are things we can affect. There are things we simply cannot affect. Obstacles that stand in our way. Obstacles we manage to conquer. Sometimes even with a personal best.  

Imagine you are in a race. Consider yourself as the starting line and your goal as your personal journey. Many would probably consider a goal to peak at a certain competition or perhaps a hitting a specific weight but we simply couldn’t agree less. Only once you realize that the race, the journey itself is the main goal and the true achievement, then you’ll be able to truly succeed. And as you are fighting for your goal along your journey – writing your  very own story – you have to give it all but also let the right aids assist and enhance you. Let us be a part of your progress. Whatever challenge.
