Exchanges & Returns
Return Policy:
- 30 days return period from the order date.
- The item should be unused, in its original condition with tags, and repackaged in its bag. Read more about what is meant by the original condition under "Information."
Create a Return:
- Fill in your order number on the returnform you received in your order and place it in the package.
- Contact us at info@clnathletics.com to get your return label.

Shipping:
- After registration, go to the nearest freight agent and leave the package.
- The return shipping costs 7 EUR and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund:
- Processing time: Up to 14 business days.
- Original shipping cost is not refunded.
- In the case of payment by invoice, debit card, or account, the amount is adjusted or refunded. In the case of payment by gift card, it is refunded first.
Exchanges:
- Exchange by placing a new order for the item you desire. Therefore, return the unwanted item. Meanwhile, place a new order with the item you want to exchange for.
- If you used a discount code and want the same product in a new size, place your exchange order and contact our customer service at info@clnathletics.com with your new order number. We will manually adjust the price for you after you place the order. You are responsible for the shipping cost if the exchange order is under 70 EUR.
Information:
- If a product is dirty or damaged, 50% of the product's value is credited. This may include deodorant stains, skin residues, or if the product is in a condition that cannot be resold.
- Unclaimed packages will be charged 15 EUR in return shipping.
- Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- During sales or promotions, sizes may sell out, and therefore, exchange availability cannot be guaranteed. Discounts also cannot be guaranteed for new orders if needed.
Return for items on promotion (e.g., 3 for 2 or 2 for 1):
- If you want to return parts of the offer, no refund will be issued. For a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned.
Return of SET items:
- It is not possible to return parts of a SET item with a package price. For a refund, the entire package must be returned. For example, if you bought a SET item with a 25% discount and choose to return one of the items, you will be charged the full price for the product you choose to keep.
