Sugar-free Chocolate Balls
A classic favorite without refined sugar. Perfect to have in the fridge when in need for quick energy or to enjoy with a coffee .
INGREDIENS:
•3.5 cups oatmeal •15 dates
•1 cup kakao •½ cup rapeseed oil
• 1 teaspoon fleaky salt • 2 tablespoons cold coffee
INSTRUCTION:
- De-stone the dates and mix all ingredients in a food processor. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Roll into balls and add any topping, eg. coconut flakes, cocoa or fruit powder (cranberry powder pictured).
