You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

My Order Has Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel it before it is dispatched.
Click the button below to submit a cancellation request. We will do our best to stop the shipment before it leaves our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email, and any refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, we will contact you with information on the next steps.
My Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until it has been delivered before exercising your right of withdrawal.
Click the button below to register your return through our Service Portal. Once your return has been registered, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, the products must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
- Have all original tags attached.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it is normally processed within a few business days. Your refund will then be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days before the refund appears in your account.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non refundable. You will be refunded for the returned products only.
